ALUMNI INFORMATION
This page provides instructions and options for the View, Post, and Edit functions for Alumnus Information (these functions can also be accessed directly from the menus).
VIEW - list Name, Graduation Year, Program, and Current Location for alumni registered in the database, based on the following Select, Search, and Sort options. Note that any settings you previously saved to the database are automatically loaded with this page.
You can list all registered Alumni or you can select specific Grad.Years, Programs, and/or Regions (based on the first letter of the postal code) by selecting them below (use Ctrl+click or Shift+click to select multiple entries in the same list).

If you are looking for a specific Student or Alumni, just enter the GeoCommunity Alumni ID or the first few letters of their First Name, Last Name, and/or Email Address below. Former names are also searched when using Last Name. Note that this search is not case sensitive but it will be restricted to any selections made above.

By default, the alumni list will be sorted by Graduation Year and sub-sorted by Program Name, Alumni Last Name, and Region (Current Location). Use the control below to change the sort order as desired. You can also re-sort the listing once it's displayed on the View page. (Note: Years are always listed in descending order, the others values in ascending order.)

Click VIEW to display Alumni information based on the settings above... but first, you may want to SAVE your Select and Sort settings so they become the defaults next time you log in. RESET will restore the settings to their original values (when this page was loaded).

Note: once the alumni list is displayed, up to four links will be provided for each student: an EMAIL link to send the student a message, assuming you have an email client configured, a WEB link to open the student's website (if one is available) in a new window, a COOP link to display info re the student's GIS Co-op Project (if available) in a new window, and an INFO link to view and edit your own detailed information if you are logged-in (an INFO link for every student is available to faculty members).
POST - register yourself in this alumni web-database. Once your information is verified, you will be able to log-in with full access. The only requirements are that you were enrolled in a GIS, Cartography, or Geomatics program at Sir Sandford Fleming College and that you agree to maintain our Code of Conduct.
EDIT - update your contact information. This is available only if you are logged in and only for your own contact information.
